As part of the Broadening Urban Investment to Leverage Transit (BUILT) In Ohio partnership with the Office of Ohio Governor Ted Strickland and leaders in each of the three regions, we explored the impact of recent urban development patterns and identified key market opportunities in transit-oriented development and cargo-oriented development that will keep each region economically competitive.

We partnered with the Director of Urban Development in the Ohio Governor’s Office to develop data-driven revitalization strategies for the Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati regions. The project, dubbed “Broadening Urban Investment to Leverage Transit (BUILT) in Ohio” and funded by Living Cities, demonstrates how existing and proposed transportation assets can be leveraged into sustainable urban development.
