The impact of parking requirements on equitable transit-oriented development (eTOD). Peter Haas showcases how CNT's eTOD tool calculates the effects of parking near TOD areas and elsewhere. Lindsay Bayley discusses how reforms to our parking and transportation policies, particularly minimum parking requirements, will make our infrastructure work better and help the economy grow. Improving transit access and reducing auto dependence creates more economic success in neighborhoods, is more affordable and equitable for residents, and saves municipal governments money.
